Kilka dni temu, na discordowym kanale ResNova, rozwinęła się dyskusja na temat kalendarium świata Kronik Mutantów. Większość rozmówców przekonana była, że daty nigdy nie zostały podane w podręcznikach do gry, dając tym samym graczom swobodę w interpretacji oraz osadzaniu swoich bitew w czasie. Mi jednak ta kwestia nie mogła dać spokoju. Wiedziałem, że dokładnie rozpisane daty krążyły gdzieś po sieci na początku lat 2000. Wtedy też, jako około piętnastoletni smarkacz siedziałem ze słownikiem i koślawo tłumaczyłem tekst na język polski. Przekopałem najgłębsze i najmroczniejsze odmęty moich dysków z back-upami. I znalazłem! Uczucie ekscytacji zmieszało się z ciarkami żenady, gdy zderzyłem się z moim ówczesnym poziomem znajomości angielskiego. Sukces był jednak częściowy. Miałem przeczucie że materiał nie jest kompletny, gdzieś jeszcze było tego więcej. Wyruszyłem więc tam, gdzie każdy inny Warzonowy archeolog wyruszyłby na moim miejscu. Ostały się jedynie francuskie oryginały, bez angielskiego tłumaczenia, ale dziś już na szczęście nie muszę siedzieć po nocy ze słownikiem. Oto z pomocą Google Translate i własną znajomością lore, wyciągam kalendarium Układu Słonecznego ponownie na światło dzienne.

However, this issue could not leave me alone. I knew that the exact dates were circulating somewhere on the Internet in the early 2000s. At that time, as a fifteen-year-old brat, I sat with a dictionary and was struggling with Polish translation. I dug into the deepest and darkest depths of my back-up drives. And I found it! The feeling of excitement mixed with shivers of embarrassment as I faced my level of English at the time. However, the success was partial. I had a feeling that the material was not complete, there was more somewhere. So I set out to the place where any other Warzone archaeologist would have go. Mutant Chronicles Archive and graveyard in one. A place where scans of manuals for old editions, fan-art and banners of long-defunct websites are mixed in such a way that Muawijhe himself would not be able to find them. I set out to Mutantpedia. My hunch did not mislead me, under piles of other materials there were archived sections of the long-forgotten Coral Beach Center (Cardinal rest his soul). Only the French originals remain, without an English translation, but today, fortunately, I no longer have to sit at night with a dictionary. Here, with the help of Google Translate and my own knowledge of lore, I am bringing the timeline of the solar system back to light.
